On every second Sunday of the month a local market is set on the beachfront. Shopping in this market can be an exciting experience. So visit this market and buy some of the best local handicraft products at amazing bargains.
Besides surfing, fishing is also a popular activity at Coolangatta. Therefore if you love fishing, remember to carry a long beach fishing rod with you while traveling around the town.
